At the All-Star Game in New York, America was flabbergasted by 71-year-old broadcaster Tim McCarver doing a cold reading of the lyrics to Metallica's "Enter Sandman." He was doing so in tribute to Yankees closer Mariano Rivera, as he uses the tune as his entrance music.
